After giving birth to my son in 2021, I recognized that my self-care had taken the back burner and that I needed to start working on myself and truly embracing my self worth in order to be a better me. I started adding things like meditating, yoga, and journal into my daily routine. I also started going to therapy and reading to help discover my true self and figure out my purpose and what I truly love doing. It has been quite a journey, as in the midst of me working on self-development, I have experienced a lot of adversity as in unemployment, financial struggles, relationship issues, family issues, and the highs and lows of being a mom to a young child. This was the birth of Mommy Relax Spa!
The funds will be used towards hosting a marketing event for moms, the event will be geared towards moms wellness. We will provide a range of massages including chair massages, wine, and fruit. We will need money for the event venue, activities, vendors, DJ, equipment, and supplies. Help us celebrate our mommies by donating to the campaign to help moms relieve some stress and begin their self-care journey!
